Comfort Doll Project was conceived May 1, 2006 and in Sept. 2006 we had our first photo auction featuring Supertramp’s Roger Hodgson, Tom Griesgraber and Bert Lams (musicians from the US we met on Myspace), Canadian Folk legend Valdy, and Hip Hop newcomer Massari.
We raised $86 which we sent to Save the Children fund.
In October we had our second photo auction featuring drummer and music producer Jerry Marotta (Peter Gabriel, Marotta/Griesgraber), Pete Levin (NY Jazz and brother to bassist Tony Levin), and Star Trek Deep Space Nine actor Alexander Siddig.
We raised $80 dollars for World Vision
