So The Trews have been big supporters of us from day one, many years ago. They’ve donated strings more than a few times, as well as doing Comfort Doll photos for us, and Jack donated his bass strings part way through the pandemic which was pretty nice.

The Trews (and other bands) are touring again, and they had a stop near us that was added to the tour last minute -nice! So we were able to scoop another batch of strings from John-Angus and Colin MacDonald, and Jack Syperek. All told, we made 46 completely custom bracelets, and even sent the scraps to a fan for her mixed-media art process! Pretty cool.
.
In the end, the fans helped us raise $1390.00 !! We decided to donate some big ticket items at the World Vision Gift Catalog including stocking a medical clinic, clean water, immunize an entire community, and even buying a goat.
