Those lovely lads, The Trews John-Angus and Colin MacDonald both gave me a set of used strings after their show in January, and we sold a few bracelets already! Usually we combine small amounts with other bands’ strings and go big.. but big isn’t always better 🙂 This time we decided to ‘send it in’ instead of waiting to add more to the totals.
Since The Trews are very fitness minded and physically active, donating to send 3 soccer balls to the kids via World Vision gift catalog seemed like a great choice!
Its so neat to be able to turn used guitar strings destined for the bin, into soccer balls for the kids!
